Kinsley Forest is a Class A ground-up development project with 328 units, clubhouse, and full amenity package.  The grand opening took place in May 2018.  This is the first phase of a total 110-acre mixed-use development with 180,000 SF of commercial space and the potential for an additional 700 units.
