Rolling Green Apartments

is a 304-unit value add apartment community.  The property was purchased in March 2017.  The $3.1M capital improvement budget includes unit and common area upgrades, a leasing office renovation, and energy-saving programs.

On-site community amenities include an outdoor swimming and kiddie pool with a sun deck and an on-site playground. There are common laundry rooms with washers and dryers throughout each building cluster (contract with Mac-Gray expiring April 29, 2021).

Additionally, there is a KinderCare daycare center adjacent to the community. It is not part of Rolling Green-Milford, although it serves as an excellent amenity to the residents currently using the private service.

Rolling Green-Milford is just a short walk to the brand new $60.9 million Woodland Elementary School. The new school completed construction over this past summer and opened for the 2016-2017 school year. The new 132,500-square-foot building now houses some 900 students in the third, fourth, and fifth grades. The school will also offer a new athletic field which will be developed once the old school is demolished
