Rolling Green Apartments is a 304-unit value-add apartment community constructed in the early 1970s. The property was purchased in March 2017 for $47.45M. A capital improvement budget totaling $3.1M included unit and common area upgrades, a leasing/management office renovation, and an energy savings program to replace outdated and inefficient HVAC and hot water heaters with new state of the art “smart” systems. An individual unit electrical metering program reduced operating expenses by over $700,000 annually. The property was sold in 2022 for over $87M.
